Leadership Essentials: Whole-Person Leadership for Individual Contributors

Leadership is not defined by a title—it’s about how you show up, collaborate, and contribute to a positive work environment. Leadership Essentials I is designed for individual contributors who want to strengthen their influence, take ownership of their professional growth, and lead from where they are.

Grounded in the principles of whole-person leadership, this six-month hybrid (Synchronous and Asynchronous) program is comprised of live webinars, self-paced learning, and group activities that help participants recognize that leadership begins with self-awareness, personal responsibility, and the ability to engage others effectively. Through interactive learning and practical application, participants will develop essential skills in communication, problem-solving, collaboration, and accountability. By embracing their role as leaders—regardless of position—they will learn to make meaningful contributions to their teams, build strong relationships, and enhance their impact within the organization.
