The Coaching Essentials Program is a 68.5-hour International Coach Federation (ICF) Level 1 approved training designed for aspiring executive and leadership coaches worldwide. This program provides the foundational knowledge, skills, and mentor coaching necessary to obtain ICF certification—without the need to submit coaching videos to ICF.

- Live Training: 50.5 hours of interactive webinars and coaching instruction
- Self-Paced Learning: 18 hours of flexible, on-demand coursework
- ICF Mentor Coaching Included: 10 hours of mentor coaching
- 7 hours of group mentor coaching
- 3 hours of individual mentor coaching
- Hands-On Experience: Hands on practical coaching application
