Acceptance of Terms

By registering for, accessing, or participating in the PPI Coaching Essentials – ICF Certification Training Program (“Program”), including use of our website, member portal, and live or virtual sessions, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not enroll in the Program or use our services.

Modifications to Terms

PPI reserves the right to update or change these Terms at any time. The most current version will be posted on our website. Continued use of the Program after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Enrollment, Billing, and Payment Terms

Program Tuition Options:

  • Full Payment: $5,860
  • Two Payments: $2,930/month for two months
  • Three Payments: $1,954/month for three months

By enrolling in the Program, you agree to pay the total tuition based on the payment plan you selected. Installment options are provided as a convenience and are not subscription services. You are responsible for completing all payments, regardless of your participation status once enrolled.

No cancellations or payment pauses are permitted. Payment obligations continue until the full amount is paid.

If your payment method fails or is declined, you must provide an updated method of payment. Failure to resolve payment issues may result in account suspension or termination. Any outstanding balance remains your responsibility.

All sales are final. No refunds are issued for any reason, including personal, medical, professional, or financial changes in circumstance, or dissatisfaction with the Program. Please ensure the Program is a good fit before enrolling.

You have two years from your enrollment date to complete the Program and access our online member portal. If needed, you may request a reasonable extension.

Sponsored Enrollments (Organizations & Employers)

If an organization or sponsor pays for a participant’s enrollment:

  • Enrollment is non-transferable and non-refundable.
  • The sponsoring party is responsible for screening participants and ensuring accountability for completion.
  • Certification, once earned, is granted to the individual and remains with them, regardless of employment status.
  • All payment obligations remain in force even if the participant does not complete the Program.

Live Seminar & Rescheduling Policy

If you register for a live seminar and cancel within 30 days of the event, you may transfer to a future seminar for a $500 rescheduling fee.

If you cancel a second time, re-registration at full price is required. In the event of a natural disaster, pandemic, or other emergency, we may offer a virtual option in place of an in-person seminar. PPI is not responsible for any travel-related costs or penalties.

If a refund is required due to unforeseen cancellation, the seminar portion is valued at no more than $2,500.

Mentor Coaching Program

Mentor Coaching cohorts are limited and require full commitment. If you enroll and later drop out for any reason, you forfeit your payment and must re-enroll at full cost to join a future cohort. Please ensure your schedule and commitment before enrolling.

ICF Credentials

PPI’s Program is aligned with ICF accreditation standards, but we cannot guarantee that ICF will grant any specific credential. ICF retains full discretion over certification decisions and policy changes. You agree to accept any risks related to ICF’s accreditation or credentialing process.
