Inclusivity and Accessibility

Performance Plus International (PPI) is committed to creating an inclusive and equitable learning environment where all individuals feel welcomed and supported. We do not discriminate based on race, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, religion, age, disability, or any other protected characteristic. PPI complies fully with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and provides reasonable accommodations upon request.

Acceptance of Terms

By registering for, accessing, or participating in the Leadership Essentials I Program (ā€œProgramā€), including use of our website, learning platform, and live or virtual sessions, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service (ā€œTermsā€). If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not enroll in or participate in the Program.

Modifications to Terms

PPI reserves the right to update or revise these Terms at any time. The most current version will be posted on our website. Continued participation in the Program after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Enrollment, Billing, and Payment Terms

Program Tuition Options:

  • Full Payment: $5,085 (Virtual) $5,499 (In-Person)
  • Installment Plan: 50% deposit due upon enrollment and two additional installments 60 days later if an installment plan is selected.

By enrolling in the Program, you agree to pay the full tuition based on the payment option selected. Installment options are provided as a convenience and are not subscription services. All payment obligations remain in effect once enrollment is complete, regardless of participation status.

All sales are final. No refunds or payment pauses are permitted for any reason, including personal, professional, or financial changes in circumstance. Please ensure that the Program aligns with your learning goals before enrolling.

If your payment method fails or is declined, you must provide an updated payment method immediately. Failure to resolve payment issues may result in suspension of access to course materials and sessions.

You will have access to course materials and recordings for up to 12 months after your enrollment date unless otherwise specified.

Sponsored Enrollments (Organizations & Employers)

If your enrollment is sponsored or paid for by an employer or organization:

  • Enrollment is non-transferable and non-refundable.
  • The sponsoring organization is responsible for selecting participants and ensuring their completion of the Program.
  • Upon completion, all certificates of participation are issued to the individual participant, not the sponsoring organization.
  • Payment obligations remain in effect even if the participant does not complete the Program.

Live Session and Rescheduling Policy

If you are unable to attend a scheduled live session:

  • You may request to transfer to a future cohort or session if space allows.
  • Requests made less than 14 days before the session start date may incur a $250 rescheduling fee.
  • Participants may access session recordings (when available) to make up missed sessions.

If a session is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disaster, public health emergency), PPI may offer a virtual or rescheduled alternative. PPI is not responsible for any travel-related costs or penalties.

Participants must complete all required live sessions, asynchronous learning activities, and applied assignments to receive a Certificate of Completion.
Failure to complete the required activities within the designated timeframe may result in forfeiture of certification eligibility.

Once tuition is paid in full, participants are granted limited rights to use program materials for personal and professional development purposes only.

You may:

  • Retain handouts, worksheets, and tools for ongoing reference.
  • Apply learned concepts and frameworks in your individual work or leadership practice.
