Leadership Essentials III: Whole-Person Leadership for Middle Managers
Performance Plus International, Inc. (PPI)

Program Description

Leadership Essentials III is a 4-month hybrid program consisting of weekly live virtual sessions (2.5 hours each on Tuesdays) and asynchronous/self-paced learning activities (5–6 workshops and reflection assignments). Participants are expected to engage in both synchronous and asynchronous learning to meet program requirements.

Eligibility and Enrollment

• Enrollment is open to middle managers and other professionals in leadership roles.
• Participants must have access to a stable internet connection, a compatible web browser, and the ability to participate in online learning activities.
• Registration is confirmed once payment or an installment plan agreement is received.

Program Fees and Payment

• Course Fee: $5,570 (USD)
• Installment Options:
• Two (2) payments of $2,785
• Three (3) payments of $1,856
• Group Discount: 10% discount for groups of three (3) or more participants.
• Payment is due upon registration unless an installment plan is selected.
• PPI accepts payment by credit card, electronic transfer, or other approved methods.

Refunds and Transfers

• Refunds are available up to 30 days before the program start date, minus a $250 administrative fee.
• No refunds will be issued once the program has started.
• Transfer requests (to another participant or future cohort) must be submitted in writing before Week 9 of the program.
• Transfers are subject to approval and availability.

Attendance and Participation

• Participants are expected to attend all live virtual sessions and complete all asynchronous assignments.
• A maximum of one (1) full session or up to 1.5 hours total may be missed.
• Missed sessions must be made up through additional assignments as determined by facilitators.
• Failure to meet attendance requirements may result in denial of the certificate of completion.

Certificate of Completion

Participants who successfully meet attendance, participation, and assignment requirements will receive a Certificate of Completion from Performance Plus International, Inc.

Technology Requirements

Participants are responsible for ensuring access to:

• A reliable internet connection.
• A compatible web browser (e.g., Chrome, Edge, or Firefox).
• Audio and video capabilities for virtual sessions.

PPI is not responsible for technical difficulties arising from participant hardware, software, or internet service providers.

Intellectual Property

• All program materials, including slides, handouts, recordings, and online content, are the property of PPI.
• Participants are granted access for personal learning purposes only.
• Redistribution, reproduction, or commercial use of materials without prior written consent from PPI is strictly prohibited.

Code of Conduct

• Participants are expected to engage respectfully with facilitators and peers.
• Harassment, disruptive behavior, or misuse of program resources will not be tolerated.
• PPI reserves the right to remove any participant who violates these standards without refund.

Program Modifications

PPI reserves the right to adjust program content, facilitators, or schedules as necessary. Participants will be notified promptly of any significant changes.

Limitation of Liability

Participation in the Leadership Essentials III program is voluntary. PPI is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation, including but not limited to loss of data, business disruption, or personal outcomes.

Agreement to Terms

By registering for Leadership Essentials III, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in this agreement.
