Terms of Service for the “Providing Effective Feedback” Workshop
Effective Date: July 1, 2025

Workshop Description

The “Providing Effective Feedback” workshop is a 3-hour professional development experience designed to equip leaders at all levels with practical skills and tools for delivering feedback that enhances performance, trust, and accountability. Offered virtually and in-person, this session supports emerging leaders, seasoned managers, and senior executives.

Fees & Registration

• Virtual Workshop: $375 per participant
• In-Person Workshop: $575 per participant
  All fees must be paid in full upon registration through the official registration page: https://www.ppiinc.net/Effective-Feedback-Registration.

Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made more than 7 days before the workshop date are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 7 days of the workshop are non-refundable, but participants may request to reschedule for a future session at no additional cost.
• No-shows without prior notice are not eligible for a refund or reschedule.

Participant Substitution

If a registered participant is unable to attend, a substitute from the same organization may attend at no extra cost. Substitution requests must be submitted via email to [email protected] at least 24 hours before the session.

Workshop Materials and Access

Participants will receive access to electronic materials, tools, and handouts for personal and organizational use. All content is the intellectual property of Performance Plus International, Inc. and may not be copied, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

Technology Requirements (for Virtual Sessions)

Participants attending virtually must have:

• A stable internet connection
• Access to Zoom or designated video conferencing platform
• A microphone and webcam for full participation

Code of Conduct

PPI is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and engaging learning environment. Disruptive behavior, harassment, or inappropriate language will result in removal from the session without refund.

Limitation of Liability

Performance Plus International, Inc. is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from participation in this workshop. All advice and tools are intended to support, not replace, organizational policy or professional judgment.

Privacy Policy

Participant information will be used solely for workshop administration and related communication. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties.
