Workshop Overview

This full-day interactive workshop is designed to equip leaders with the ability to apply coaching to the performance management process. Participants will explore how coaching can support clarity, accountability, and development throughout the performance cycle. Through guided practice, role-play, and coaching simulations, participants will build essential coaching skills and walk away with a clear plan for applying them in their everyday leadership interactions.

Duration and Delivery

Format Options:
- Virtual: $1,150 per participant
- In-Person: $1,650 per participant
Duration: 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM (6 contact hours, excluding breaks and lunch)
Platform (for virtual sessions): Zoom or designated LMS
Location (for in-person sessions): As arranged by PPI or client site

Registration and Payment

Registration is confirmed upon receipt of full payment via PPI’s online registration portal: https://www.ppiinc.net/Creating-a-Coaching-Culture-Registration
Payment is due at the time of registration unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Group pricing or private cohort arrangements may be negotiated upon request.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Participant Cancellations:
- Cancellations made at least 10 business days before the workshop will receive a full refund, minus a 5% administrative fee.
- Cancellations made less than 10 business days before the workshop are non-refundable.
- Substitutions are permitted at no additional cost.

PPI Cancellations:
- In the event PPI must cancel or reschedule the session, participants will be offered a full refund or an option to transfer to a future session.

Attendance and Certification

Full attendance is required to receive a certificate of completion.
Partial attendance or early departure may result in forfeiture of the certificate.

Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to engage respectfully and constructively with facilitators and fellow attendees. PPI reserves the right to remove any participant who disrupts the learning environment without refund.

Intellectual Property

All workshop materials, including slides, handouts, and recordings (if applicable), are the property of Performance Plus International, Inc. and may not be reproduced, shared, or distributed without express written consent.
