Change Management Coaching for Leaders

Workshop Description

This full-day interactive workshop is designed to equip supervisors, managers, and team leaders with coaching tools and strategies to lead their teams through organizational change. Participants will develop skills to coach through resistance, enhance team resilience, and navigate change with clarity, compassion, and confidence.

Registration and Payment

• Registration is confirmed upon receipt of full payment.
• Fees:
• Virtual: $1,150
• In-Person: $1,650
• Payment must be made at least 5 business days prior to the workshop date.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Participant Cancellation:
• Cancellations made more than 10 business days before the workshop are eligible for a full refund minus a 10% administrative fee.
• Cancellations made within 10 business days are not eligible for a refund but may be eligible for a one-time transfer to a future workshop date.

 PPI Cancellation:

• PPI reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a session. In such cases, participants may transfer their registration to a future date or receive a full refund.

Participant Expectations

• Attend the entire session (full-day participation is required to receive completion recognition).
• Engage in all workshop activities, discussions, and practice exercises.
• Maintain respectful and professional behavior throughout the session.

Intellectual Property

All workshop content, materials, and frameworks are the intellectual property of Performance Plus International, Inc. and are provided solely for personal, non-commercial use. Reproduction, distribution, or unauthorized use of the materials is strictly prohibited.

Confidentiality and Conduct

Participants agree to uphold confidentiality regarding personal or organizational information shared by others during the workshop. Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the session without refund.

Technology Requirements (Virtual Workshops)

• A reliable internet connection, webcam, and audio are required.
• Participants should log in 10 minutes early to troubleshoot potential tech issues.
• Active participation is expected as in an in-person session.

Accessibility and Special Needs

PPI is committed to providing an inclusive learning environment. Participants requiring accommodations should notify us at least 10 days before the workshop.

Limitation of Liability

PPI shall not be held liable for any damages, direct or indirect, resulting from participation in this workshop. All content is provided for educational purposes and is not a substitute for organizational or legal consultation.
