Meet The Team

Brienne Jennings, MA, LAC, CGRS, ACC 

Learning & Organizational Development Consultant

Brienne (Brie) Jennings is a certified leadership coach through the International Coaching Federation (ICF). She specializes in developing leaders at every level through dynamic training, insightful coaching, and the creation of high-impact learning experiences.

Brie leads enhancements to our Learning Management System (LMS) and oversees a talented team of developers and instructional designers to ensure our learning solutions are engaging, effective, and scalable. She brings deep expertise in instructional design, leadership development, and organizational learning strategy.

With more than 15 years of professional experience, Brie has held roles as an instructional designer, trainer, and organizational development practitioner. She holds a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Seton Hall University and has extensive training in trauma-informed practices, professional coaching, and learning management systems. Brie is also a Certified Grief Recovery Method Specialist through the Grief Recovery Institute®, and a New Jersey License Associate Counselor
