Jimmy Srun is a Leadership and Executive Coach with more than 10 years of professional coaching experience and over 20 years of leadership experience across the public, private, and nonprofit sectors. As a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation, Jimmy is passionate about helping leaders manage conflict, strengthen their leadership skills, navigate complex negotiations, and find clarity in their purpose.

Jimmy has coached executives and teams in government agencies, Fortune 500 companies, nonprofits, and small businesses. His work includes launching leadership coaching programs that supported multi-billion-dollar federal programs and coaching leaders during Presidentially Declared Disasters to strengthen decision-making and recovery operations. He brings deep expertise in leadership development, team building, change management, and conflict resolution.

A committed advocate for the coaching profession, Jimmy also trains and mentors coaches, supporting the growth of coaching capacity and the advancement of ICF-aligned practices. His approach blends strategic insight with values-based coaching, enabling leaders and coaches alike to align with their mission, anticipate challenges, and implement meaningful change.

Jimmy holds a Master’s in Public Management, a Bachelor’s in Psychology, and a Public Leadership Credential from Harvard Kennedy School. He is certified in mediation, negotiation, conflict management, and multiple coaching tools, and is known for his ability to create safe and transformative coaching spaces.
