Dr. Deidre Anderson is a well sought-after corporate trainer, charismatic speaker, award-winning leadership coach, and licensed minister with a heart to see others succeed. Dr. D, as she is affectionately known, has traveled the world, inspiring people from all walks of life to break through barriers to achieve more than they ever dreamed possible. Whether in the corporate arena, the women’s domain or in ministry, Dr. D believes in helping individuals and working groups to discover their true potential while motivating and inspiring them to reach higher. Her desire is to ignite the passion in every person and group so that no goal will be unattainable.

Dr. D provides public and onsite training that is catered to fit each client’s specific needs and unique organizational culture. Dr. D helps to propel organizations and individuals into attaining their goals by providing executive coaching, using a hands-on, practical approach. Her goal is that her clients do not simply walk away motivated, but that they will leave equipped with the tools that will help them to go the distance.

Dr. D is the founder and executive director of Women Empowered, a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping women become the best leaders that they can be. Each year, she compels women to become strong leaders through a training program and retreat that will help them to identify their goals and the strategies necessary to accomplish them.

Dr. D has the insight to guide and the passion to inspire individuals and organizations to set their goals higher than ever before while giving them the coaching that they need in order to reach them. She possesses a gift for seeing full potential in clients and inspiring them to overcome obstacles so that they may achieve their goals.

Her extensive travels have taken her throughout the United States and around the globe to countries such as Israel, Kenya, Spain, France, England, Italy, Greece, Canada, Mexico and Nigeria.

Dr. D’s has tremendously impacted organizations as Verizon Wireless, Boeing, Shop Rite, Jersey City Public Schools, City of Philadelphia, George Washington University Medical Faculty Associates, Notre Dame, National Institutes of Health, the Internal Revenue Service and Johns Hopkins Hospital.
