Asad is an accomplished executive coach, leadership strategist, and organizational development facilitator with more than 30 years of experience guiding leaders and organizations toward greater effectiveness, alignment, and impact. As Co-Founder and President of Performance Plus International, Inc., he leads a team that partners with nonprofits, government agencies, and mission-driven organizations to strengthen leadership capacity, enhance organizational culture, and drive sustainable performance.
