Dr. Khalid A. Asad is an accomplished executive coach, leadership strategist, and organizational development facilitator with more than 30 years of experience guiding leaders and organizations toward greater effectiveness, alignment, and impact. As Co-Founder and President of Performance Plus International, Inc., he leads a team that partners with nonprofits, government agencies, and mission-driven organizations to strengthen leadership capacity, enhance organizational culture, and drive sustainable performance.

An International Coach Federation (ICF) Professional Certified Coach and a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) trained through the Coaches Training Institute, Ayana brings more than 14 years of coaching experience and over 20 years in Human Resources, Organizational Development, and Leadership Development.
