Therapy or Counseling
Coaching can address mindset and behavior, but it is not intended to explore past trauma or mental health concerns.
Training

A coach does not hand you solutions or answers. They help you uncover insights and develop your own.
Mentoring
Rather than a seasoned professional sharing advice, coaching focuses on developing your own wisdom and capabilities.

Getting to Know You
We begin with an initial discovery session to learn about your leadership experience, goals, challenges, and definition of success.
Leadership Development Assessment
You complete a leadership development assessment that identifies your strengths, areas for growth, and the competencies that will most impact your development.
Understanding Your Needs
Together we define key focus areas and establish clear, measurable objectives.
Leadership Development Plan
We complete a leadership development plan, the foundation of a focused, effective coaching plan tailored to your needs.
Leveraging Assessments
To deepen self-awareness and leadership effectiveness, we may draw on validated assessment tools. The following are examples:

Ongoing Coaching Sessions
In regular one-on-one sessions, we explore insights, address challenges, and refine strategies to drive impactful change.
Accountability and Action

Built on trust
Our coaching follows the International Coaching Federation (ICF) ethical guidelines, and confidentiality is the cornerstone of every engagement. Your conversations stay private. When an organization sponsors your coaching, we share only general progress updates with the sponsor and keep the details of your sessions confidential.
What we ask of each other
To make the most of our partnership, we ask that you commit to the process and to a few shared expectations:
Confidentiality Agreement
The coach and client sign a confidentiality agreement that reinforces the privacy of our conversations, except where disclosure is required by law or agreed upon by you.
24-Hour Cancellation Notice
Please give at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel a session. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.
Engagement with Your Sponsor
If your organization sponsors your coaching, any sponsor conversations focus on progress and development goals, not personal details.
Commitment to Growth
Your success depends on your willingness to self-reflect, experiment with new approaches, and take meaningful action.
