Gamal Casimir, MHA

Director of Quality & Program Management

Gamal Casimir is a seasoned healthcare administrator, project manager, and organizational leader with more than 30 years of experience spanning healthcare systems, government, education, and organizational development. He brings deep expertise in project management, change management, workflow optimization, training development, and performance improvement, with a strong track record of leading complex initiatives across diverse, cross-functional teams.

As Director of Quality and Program Management, Gamal plays a central role in ensuring the quality, consistency, and effectiveness of PPI’s leadership development, coaching, and training programs. He leads efforts related to program quality assurance, process improvement, and continuous enhancement of the customer and learner experience. His responsibilities include analyzing training and performance data to inform decision-making, strengthening instructional design and delivery processes, and ensuring facilitator and coach readiness across programs.

Gamal also leads PPI’s accreditation and credentialing initiatives, including efforts to achieve and maintain alignment with nationally recognized standards such as IACET accreditation and ICF Coach Education requirements. In this capacity, he oversees compliance with accreditation criteria, supports the development of high-quality learning systems and documentation, and helps position PPI’s programs for external validation, credibility, and long-term sustainability.
