Ayana CostonĀ is an executive and leadership coach, facilitator, and organizational development professional who partners with leaders and organizations to lead with purpose, clarity, and authenticity. Ayana supports leaders at all levels as they navigate complexity, strengthen self-awareness, and align personal values with organizational goals to achieve meaningful and sustainable impact.
With more than 14 years of coaching experience and over 20 years in Human Resources, Organizational Development, and Leadership Development, Ayana brings a deep understanding of people systems and organizational dynamics. She is an International Coaching Federation (ICF) Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and a Certified Co-Active Professional Coach (CPCC), known for her ability to create safe, engaging spaces that foster growth, insight, and action.
Ayana’s coaching and facilitation approach blends evidence-based assessments, strategic inquiry, and whole-person development to help leaders cultivate a positive mindset, clarify priorities, navigate transitions, and lead effectively during times of change. Her areas of expertise include executive leadership development, strategic planning, leading in complex environments, establishing healthy boundaries, and facilitating authentic conversations on race, diversity, and inclusion.
Ayana holds a Master of Science in Organizational Development and is certified in a wide range of leadership and assessment tools, including The Leadership Circle, Korn Ferry/Lominger, MBTI, CliftonStrengths, DiSC, and Lean Six Sigma. She is recognized for her empathetic presence, strategic insight, and ability to help leaders grow professionally while finding greater purpose and joy in their work.
