Mentor Coaching

Personalized development with a PCC-certified mentor coach, tracked through the program LMS to ensure ICF alignment.

  • 7 hours of small-group case study and live practice
  • 3 hours of one-on-one recorded session reviews
  • Begins after core training and continues through Day 30
Obtaining Coaching Hours

25โ€“30Hours ยท Real Clients

Real coaching with real clients, beginning in the early weeks of the cohort.

  • Counts toward the 100-hour ICF ACC requirement
  • Recruit and coach clients between training days
  • A significant head start on credentialing

How the off-weeks work

Between each full training day you have a full week to coach clients, reflect, and complete self-paced modules. The final cluster of modules is completed during the 30-day window leading up to the Advanced Skill-Building Session.
