Khalid A. Asad, Ph.D. Business Psychology

Dr. Khalid Asad is an accomplished business psychologist, executive coach, leadership strategist, and organizational development facilitator with more than 25 years of experience guiding leaders toward greater effectiveness, alignment, and impact. As Co-Founder and President of Performance Plus International, Inc., he leads efforts to strengthen leadership capacity, enhance organizational culture, and drive sustainable performance across sectors.

A member of the Forbes Coaches Council, Dr. Asad is recognized for his expertise in executive coaching, strategic planning, and change management. He brings a grounded, practical approach to helping senior leaders navigate complexity, inspire engagement, and lead with authenticity and purpose. Drawing on his background in business psychology and systems thinking, his work blends whole-person leadership with actionable insight to produce meaningful results for individuals and teams.

Dr. Asad’s career includes senior executive leadership roles in large public-sector systems, where he led complex reform initiatives, modernized organizational practices, and advanced service delivery for diverse populations. Throughout his career, he designed and facilitated large-scale leadership and change initiatives, building deep expertise in organizational transformation. A proud United States Air Force veteran, he developed his foundation in disciplined leadership, accountability, and service principles that continue to shape his work today.

He holds a Ph.D. in Business Psychology and a Master of Science in Management, is a certified executive coach, and serves as an ICF-accredited coach trainer. Dr. Asad is also the author of To Hell with Titles: Give Them Leadership, a practical guide to authentic leadership and influence.
