Coaching Philosophy
I believe transformation begins in the mind. Drawing on more than two decades in leadership development and behavioral health, I integrate cognitive-behavioral and strengths-based coaching to help leaders build self-awareness, shift limiting mindsets, and lead with clarity and purpose. I don't give leaders answers; I partner with them to uncover their own. Sustainable performance is built on well-being: resilient leaders create resilient teams. My goal is to help people align who they are with how they lead, one mindset shift at a time.Areas of Expertise
