Ayana Coston is a seasoned executive and leadership coach with more than 20 years of experience in Human Resources, Organizational Development, and Leadership Development. As a coach with Performance Plus International, Inc., Ayana empowers leaders to align purpose with performance, navigate complexity with confidence, and lead with authenticity and empathy.

A Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation and a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC), Ayana brings expertise from corporate, nonprofit, public sector, and academic settings. She specializes in coaching leaders through transitions, enhancing clarity around values and priorities, and fostering inclusive, strategic leadership that drives both results and fulfillment.

Her coaching approach emphasizes whole-person leadership, helping leaders strengthen self-awareness, cultivate positive mindsets, and build alignment between personal purpose and organizational strategy.
