Leader as Coach – Hybrid & In-Person Workshop

Acceptance of Terms By registering for, accessing, or participating in the Leader as Coach Workshop (“Program”), whether in the Hybrid (Online-Synchronous & Asynchronous) or In-Person format, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not enroll in the Program or use our services.

Modifications to Terms PPI reserves the right to update or change these Terms at any time. The most current version will be posted on our website. Continued use of the Program after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Enrollment, Billing, and Payment Terms Course Fees:

• Hybrid Program: $2,475.00 USD

• In-Person Program: $2,950.00 USD

Payment Options:

• Full Payment

• Installment Plan: 50% deposit and remaining balance due 30 days later

Group Discount: 10% off for groups of 3 or more participants (applied at time of enrollment)

By enrolling in the Program, you agree to pay the total tuition based on the payment plan you selected. Installment plans are provided as a convenience and are not subscription services. You are responsible for completing all payments, regardless of your participation status once enrolled.

All sales are final. No refunds are issued for any reason, including personal, medical, professional, or financial changes in circumstance, or dissatisfaction with the Program. Please ensure the Program is a good fit before enrolling.

Transfer Policy

• Hybrid Program: Transfer requests must be made before the start of Session 3.

• In-Person Program: Transfer requests must be made before the start of Day 2.

A $250 administrative fee may apply to approved transfers.

Program Schedule and Attendance Hybrid Program (Online-Synchronous & Asynchronous)

• Live Virtual Sessions: 4 sessions, 3.5 hours each, held from 9:00AM to 12:30PM

  • Sessions 1 & 2: September 17-18, 2025

  • Sessions 3 & 4: September 24-25, 2025

• Asynchronous Learning: 5 hours total, including:

  • A coaching skills self-assessment

  • Three self-paced online modules (45 minutes each)

  • Two real-time coaching sessions at work

  • Completion of coaching reflection worksheets

• Attendance Requirement: Must attend all sessions and may miss no more than one (1) full session or up to 1.5 hours total

• Technical Requirements: Reliable Internet access and a compatible web browser

In-Person Program

• Schedule: Three full consecutive days, 9:00AM to 4:30PM

• Location: Alexandria, VA (Dates TBD)

• Attendance Requirement: Full attendance on all three days is mandatory to receive credit

• Meals and Travel: Meals are not provided. Participants must arrange their own travel and lodging.

Program Materials and Usage Rights Once your account is paid in full and in good standing, you may:

• Use Program materials with your coaching clients.

• Customize materials with your logo and adapt them to your coaching style.

• Retain toolkits and client resources for future use.

You must include the following attribution on any adapted or original PPI materials used: “Adapted with permission from Performance Plus International, Inc.”

Prohibited Uses: You may NOT:

• Use materials to teach others how to coach.

• Certify, train, or license others using the Program materials.

• Resell, publish, or distribute content via subscription, membership sites, or mass-downloadable formats.

• Use materials as part of any train-the-trainer, group licensing, or educational credentialing program.

• Misrepresent the source, content, or ownership of Program materials.

Intellectual Property All Program content, including website material, videos, toolkits, and written resources, is the intellectual property of PPI or its licensors and protected under U.S. and international copyright law. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

All PPI branding, logos, and related trademarks are the property of Performance Plus International and may not be used without express written permission.

Use of Participant Content By participating in live classes, providing testimonials, submitting comments, or posting in forums, you grant PPI a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and adapt your submitted content for educational, marketing, or operational purposes.

Disclaimer of Liability You are solely responsible for ensuring that the Program and its materials meet legal, professional, or licensing standards in your jurisdiction. PPI does not guarantee results or earnings from participation in the Program. Coaching outcomes vary based on individual effort, skill, and market conditions.

Third-Party Links PPI’s website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, security, or privacy practices of those sites.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Fairfax County, Virginia, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
