Backup all bios as JSON, or use the per-bio Generate button to produce HTML for Kajabi.

Quick workflow: Each bio has a 🚀 Generate Bio Page HTML button that produces the full Kajabi-ready HTML for that person, matching the design of the existing /ppi-bio-template page. No need to share with Claude — just copy and paste.

1. Add or select a bio

Click + Add New Bio in the sidebar or pick an existing one. Fill in the fields — photo, name, quote, about sections, etc.

2. Save Changes

Click the navy 💾 Save Changes button at the top of the editor.

3. Generate HTML

Click the gold 🚀 Generate Bio Page HTML button — full HTML is copied to your clipboard.

4. Paste into Kajabi

Duplicate the existing bio template page in Kajabi, give the duplicate the right URL (e.g., /bios/jane-smith), open its Custom Code block, replace all contents with what you just copied, and save.

★ Bio Hub Page (recommended)

ONE Kajabi page for ALL bios. Instead of maintaining a separate Kajabi page per person, generate this hub page once and paste it into a single Kajabi page (e.g. /bio). Every "Full Bio" link across the site points to /bio?slug=name, and the hub loads the right person's data from an embedded JSON block. When you add/edit bios, regenerate this ONE page — no more walking through 10 individual pages.

Paste into ONE Kajabi Custom Code block at the URL you configured for the Bio Hub (default /bio). Set that URL in Global Links → Bio Hub URL.

Meet the Coaches Page

Builds the Meet the Coaches landing page from everyone flagged as a coach (the navy COACH badge), in your display order. It pulls each coach's photo, name, credentials, title, the first paragraph of their About text, and a link to their bio page.

Paste into the Kajabi Custom Code block for your coaches page (e.g. /our-coaches), then confirm the last line is </html>.

Regenerate All Bio Pages

Use this after changing Global Links. When you update the shared nav, CTA URLs, "Back to About Us" link, or footer, existing bio pages already pasted into Kajabi will still contain the OLD URLs — they're static snapshots from whenever they were last generated. This tool lists every bio with a fresh Copy button, so you can walk down the list, copy each, and paste into its matching Kajabi page. Bios you've re-pasted stay checked off so you know where you are.

Backup & Restore

Regenerate All Bio Pages

One row per bio. For each: click 📋 Copy HTML, open the matching Kajabi page (link on the right), paste into the Custom Code block, save & publish. The checkmark tracks your progress so you don't lose your place.

Global Links

Set the shared nav, CTA, back-link, and footer URLs once. Every bio you Generate from now on uses these, and the Meet the Coaches page stays in sync too — no more fixing links bio by bio.

These don't change any bio you've already pasted into Kajabi. Re-generate and re-paste a page to pick up new links.
