About Konovia
Konovia Mikeal is the co-founder of Performance Plus
International, Inc. and has extensive experience developing and implementing
strategies, programs, and plans needed to enhance organizational growth. Her
strong background in management systems and quality improvement has resulted in
the timely and efficient delivery of services to PPI clients.
She is a strong proponent of customer service and works
closely with clients and PPI consultants to ensure that the clients' needs are
met or exceeded. Her ability to apply project management principles ensures
that services are delivered within scope, budget, and a reasonable time-frame.
Konovia's background in public sector and non-profit
leadership provides insight into our clients' systems and the unique challenges
they face in serving some of the most vulnerable populations. Her educational
background and experience in adult and workplace learning inform PPI's approach
to program development and delivery. An avid researcher, Konovia ensures that
PPI's solutions are grounded in best practice and informed by research.
Konovia has led initiatives in implementing new
technologies, leadership development programs, organizational learning systems,
grants management, and the delivery of human services. Some of the
organizations that have benefited from her background and expertise include the
American Psychological Association, the City of Philadelphia Department of
Human Services, Wesley Housing Development Corporation, the City of
Philadelphia Department of Behavioral Health and Intellectual disAbility
