and systems thinking, he helps senior leaders navigate complexity, inspire
engagement, and lead with authenticity and purpose. His work is rooted in the
belief that leaders are whole people first, and that meaningful, lasting
organizational impact begins with investing in the growth, resilience, and self-awareness
of the individuals who lead.
Dr. Asad's approach is anchored in three interconnected
frameworks that speaks to "developed leadership."
Whole-Person Leadership
focuses on helping leaders increase their awareness about the intrapersonal
functioning that determines how they show up as leaders, surfacing the
patterns, values, and inner dynamics that shape every decision and interaction.
Executive Wellness helps leaders be
intentional about understanding their well-being and engage in five core
practices for maintaining it, recognizing that sustainable leadership requires
sustained personal capacity. Leadership Maturity
describes leaders' growth from thinking about self to thinking about
systems, moving from individual contribution to enterprise stewardship.
Together, these frameworks give leaders both the inner work and the outer
perspective required to lead effectively across complexity.
Dr. Asad is an ICF certified coach and an ICF-accredited coach trainer. He holds a Ph.D. in Business Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology and a Master of Science in Management and a Bachelor of Science from Wilmington University. elevate, and empower others, Dr. Asad is committed to developing leaders who
lead with integrity, foster collaboration, and deliver lasting impact.
Coaching Philosophy
Khalid's coaching practice is built on the principle of Whole-Person Leadership โ the idea that effective leadership draws on not just professional skills, but on emotional intelligence, cultural awareness, personal values, and a deep commitment to service. He works with executives and emerging leaders alike to uncover blind spots, strengthen executive presence, and develop the strategic clarity needed to lead through complexity.
His approach integrates evidence-based coaching methodologies with real-world organizational insight, creating a partnership that is both challenging and supportive. Clients describe his style as direct, thoughtful, and deeply invested in their success.
