Joe Plenzler is an International Coaching Federation (ICF) Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and experienced executive coach who helps senior leaders strengthen their leadership effectiveness, navigate organizational complexity, and achieve meaningful results. With more than 25 years of leadership experience spanning the military, government, nonprofit, higher education, and private sectors, Joe brings a practical, strategic, and results-focused approach to executive coaching.

Joe specializes in coaching executives and emerging leaders in areas such as executive presence, strategic communication, emotional intelligence, influence, change leadership, decision-making, and stakeholder engagement. Drawing on advanced training in executive coaching, facilitation, and organizational consulting from Georgetown University, he integrates evidence-based coaching practices with neuroscience and behavioral insights to help leaders increase self-awareness, strengthen relationships, and maximize their impact.

In addition to his coaching practice, Joe has taught leadership and strategic communication as an adjunct professor at universities including George Washington University and Shenandoah University. His passion for developing leaders is reflected in his ability to create trusted coaching partnerships that challenge assumptions, uncover opportunities, and inspire meaningful growth.
