About Brienne

Brienne (Brie) Jennings is an executive coach and Learning & Organizational Development Consultant at Performance Plus International, Inc. (PPI). A certified leadership coach through the International Coaching Federation (ICF), Brie specializes in developing leaders across organizations, from individual contributors and frontline supervisors to middle managers, through leadership coaching, targeted training, and the design of high-impact learning experiences.

With more than 15 years of professional experience, Brie has served as an instructional designer, trainer, and organizational development practitioner. For the past five years, she has been deeply committed to building leadership capacity at the ground level, coaching frontline employees and first-line supervisors as they step into and grow within their leadership roles.

Brie holds a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from Seton Hall University and brings extensive training in trauma-informed practices, professional coaching, and learning management systems. She is a Certified Grief Recovery Method Specialist through the Grief Recovery Instituteยฎ and a New Jersey Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC).

Brie is passionate about supporting leaders as they grow their capacity, navigate challenges, and build healthy, high-performing teams. Her coaching approach blends organizational strategy with deep human insight, helping individuals and organizations unlock their full potential.
