This webinar focuses on leadership from the perspective of a frontline leader. The goal is help those on the frontline empower themselves as leaders who play an important role in change and system performance. Facilitators will engage participants in dialogue that helps them understand and appreciate their personal influence on others in their organizations as well as the communities in which they reside or serve.
Upon completion of this webinar, participants should be able to:
- Manage the dynamics involved with informal leadership or leading without a “title”
- Increase the sphere of influence
- Clarify their leadership purpose, core values, vision, and goals; and, align their actions to support them
